1. Connect the supplied router to the power outlet
2. Connect my interactive AVACOM to the wifi zone emitted by the router, this wifi zone has the name of the school and the classroom number.
3. Open the browser and the platform will automatically run for login

4. Log in with your username and password, you will be able to see the IP address in the browser address bar.
5. Also connect the AVACOM tablet to the same wifi zone
6. Open the browser and enter the IP address shown on the screen
7. The platform will automatically run for login.

1. Log in with your username and password
2. Go to the administration tab
3. In the courses module click on create course
4. Enter the name of the course and fill out the form fields according to your needs.

1. Enter the course
2. Click on the Exercises icon
3. Click the +New Exercise button
4. Enter the name of the exercise
5. In advanced parameters you can configure the questions as needed (optional)
6. Click on Prepare Questions
7. You will be able to see the different types of questions to ask, select according to your needs

2. Click on the Tasks icon
3. Click Create New Task
4. We enter the name of the task
5. We enter the description
6. In Advanced Parameters we can configure the task according to the needs
7. Click on create task

A lesson is used to group Documents, exercises and assignments in one place, creating a class topic.
To create a lesson follow these steps:
1. Enter the course
2. Click on the Lessons icon
3. Create a SCORM lesson
4. We enter the title of the lesson
5. In Advanced Parameters we can configure the task according to the needs
6. Click Create Lesson, the lesson menu will open
7. On the right side we can see the different icons among which the following stand out: documents, exercises and tasks. We will drag these to the left side in the part that says “drag and drop items here”

1. Log in with your username and password
2. Go to the administration tab
3. In the users module
4. Click on import users from XML/CSV file
5. In file type we click on (Sample CSV file)
6. We open this example file with a spreadsheet program and fill in the fields (Lastname, Firstname, Email, UserName, Password, OfficialCode) we can omit the rest and click save.
7. Once completed, we return to the platform and click on choose file to search for the path of the example file.
8. We click on import and the users will be registered on the platform.

To speed up the creation of exercises we can use the format called Aiken, which has the following structure:
This is the text of question 1
A. Answer 1
B. Answer 2
C. Answer 3
ANSWER: B
SCORE: 0.5
Follow these steps to create exercises in Aiken format:
1. Enter the course
2. Click on the exercises icon
3. Enter the “Import quiz in Aiken format” icon, this icon has an upward arrow with the letter W in blue
4. Once there you will be able to see a brief explanation of the Aiken format and a couple of examples. Ask the questions following the parameters provided in a notepad and save the file, which should have the extension .TXT.
5. To upload the file, click on “Choose file” and look for the path where it is located.
6. Finally, we click on Send and the exercise will be created.
